“When enough of us as individuals start practising compassion and empathy in our hearts and minds, it will surely benefit humanity as a whole.”
Kifubon means ‘book distribution’ – to share books.
It works through the generosity of people buying and donating copies of the books to their local Kifubon Projects out of their empathy and compassion for others. The local Kifubon team then distributes these copies to worthy causes – projects where storytelling, reading and sharing the meaning of the books can create hope for people in difficult situations.

Bunya, a Japanese publisher, created the Kifubon project in Japan and inspired book-sharing projects in the UK and elsewhere.
“I first met Prem Rawat in October 2014. After a number of meetings I was able to publish his book ‘Splitting the Arrow’ in September 2015.
We aspire to share his message of individual Peace and prosperity so that people around the world can benefit.”
